Highly professional staff, UNIQUE location, good beds. Suite was heated and well soundproofed, good value for price. The hotel was neat and the excellent beach set near the property. Breakfast was super, hearty and I liked bread, bakery, fresh fruit, boiled eggs and meats. The pool was amazing and the garden — green.

neat place, staff was extremely friendly. we had an enjoyable meal in the morning, also lovely food at the irish bar. the hotel has very classy location very close to the train station and the centre of grimsby and grimsby. besides, we appreciated how close it was to time trap museum.
Facilities were adequate, yet internet connection was terrible.

The location is charming, the staff is appalling and gardens are gorgeous. Accommodating units with a truly special view over cathedral. More than adequate breakfast, really great service. Delightful hotel, 30 km from Humberside airport.

We liked the cute location, and the incredibly polite staff. Best bed, appropriate and modest room. All in all everything was absolutely great, nonetheless we had smelly bathroom. It's near the beach.

Personable staff, amazing communication, cool location. The hotel was near the fantastic beach. Free hot juices, wines and beers in the main bar, ample parking place.
